New Creation Worship -- 9 am Sunday
A service in the Mayflower RoomFirst Congregational Church invites you to a different kind of worship. Our New Creation Worship offers a solid biblically-based message presented not through preaching, but through an experiential approach. On a given Sunday, the message might be presented through drama, dance, film, or any of a number of creative approaches to worship. The music is contemporary and faith is both substantive and progressive.

Traditional Worship -- 11 am Sunday
Choir singing as Mary Ellen plays the organLively and challenging preaching, magnificent music and a deep sense of the holy form the basis of our traditional worship. Enhanced by a beautiful sanctuary and a superb and excellently played pipe organ, First Congregational Church offers a message of justice, peace and God's love for all people. While the style is traditional, the language is inclusive and the message timely and relevant to life in the twenty-first century.

Education Hour -- 10 am Sunday
The education hour includes classes from infant to adult (and note that child care is provided from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm). Although adult offerings vary from week to week, there is usually a session discussing the New Creation Worship, a session on Faith and Reason, a session of Bible Study, and a session for Young Adults.
