Reverend Richard Clough (Dick) came to us in 1996 after pastorates in upstate New York and Massachusetts. Under his leadership, the church has expanded its mission outreach and educational programs, and the congregation has become a more inclusive community of faith. His worship, leadership and creativity bring us a meaningful and thought-provoking experience each Sunday.

Dick is a graduate of Drew University and the Boston University School of Theology. His wife, Andrea Clough, is a librarian for the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library and is active in the life of the church. Dick and Andrea have two grown daughters and a grandson. We consider ourselves blessed to have such a capable and authentic leader in our midst.

Marie Siroky was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. She received her BS in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College and taught in the Philadelphia inner city schools before moving back home to Indiana. For the past ten years Marie has been intimately involved in numerous HIV/AIDS organization and ministries as well as those organizations dedicated to the GLBTQ community. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity Program at Christian Theological Seminary. In July, Marie and CJ, her partner of 18 years, were married in Faith United Church of Christ in Iowa.

David, a native of Ashland, KY, holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of KY and is employed full time by GE as a consultant for water treatment, reuse and scarcity issues. A musician since the age of eight, he is now pursing a graduate degree, MA in Church Music, from Christian Theological Seminary. He is an active member of various civic, music, and theater groups which provide some colorful background (and people) sometimes finding their way into New Creation worship.

Born in Belleville, IL, she grew up in the Evangelical & Reformed arm of what became the United Church of Christ. She & her husband Frank have been married since 1975. Their daughters, Maggie & Katie are both married & live nearby. So far they have 2 grandchildren; Abbey (7) & Clay (4). They live on the canal in downtown Indianapolis. Frank works for a large property/casualty insurance agency & Mj is a PROUD housewife. She has been a member of First Congregational since May of 2004.
